Titanium needles are the same great quality of Organ needles with the advantage of having a titanium nitride coating layered on the surface of the needle. With the titanium coating, these needles last up to five times longer than conventional chrome-plated needles. They are more wear resistant which reduces needle breakage, bending and distorting. Using Titanium needles means better quality stitches, less downtime, higher productivity and lower cost production.

Needle System : 15X1ST, HAX1ST  (Same as Schmetz 130/705H-E)

This 15x1ST needle is a special version of the 15X1 for embroidery and decorative stitching. It has an oversized eye designed to reduce stress and tension on the thread, making it highly applicable to Decorative Stitching. It also accommodates metallic threads or heavier top stitching threads and makes needle threading easier.

Lower size numbers are narrower or thinner needles used for lighter materials. Higher size numbers indicate a needle of thicker diameter, used for heavier materials.
